With over 18 years of experience, Catalina Gonzalez is a trusted reverse mortgage loan officer dedicated to helping homeowners age 62 and older achieve greater financial security, peace of mind, and a better quality of life during retirement. Here's what Catalina has to say:

My job is extremely rewarding. Every client I work with is unique, which keeps my work interesting and motivates me to go the extra mile. My goal is to help my clients live independently and confidently, without fear of what the future may bring.

I understand that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to reverse mortgages. I like to take the time to listen carefully to each client’s goals, whether they are retired, preparing for retirement, working part-time, or still working full-time. I then present a clear, personalized options to help them use their home equity strategically. I guide them through the process every step of the way, making sure they get their questions answered and concerns addressed.

My office is based in Orange County, California, and I proudly serve homeowners across Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, surrounding counties and all of California. Whenever I have the opportunity, I do presentations to educate the community.

I am committed to delivering honest guidance and exceptional service. I use my deep industry knowledge and strong communication skills to ensure my clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

When I'm not assisting clients, I love the California weather and beaches. I am a big animal lover too, and you may also find me on the pickleball courts playing year round!
